At ArtGivesLife, every item is made with intention and care, printed just for you when you place your order. Because our products are made to order and often personalized, all sales are final.

That said, if:

• We make a mistake with your order

• Your item arrives damaged

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will make it right, whether that means a replacement or a refund.

To report an issue, email us at here.we.are@artgives-life.com with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We will take it from there with kindness and care.

Just a note: our team is entirely volunteer staffed. We’re here because we believe in this mission. While that sometimes means our replies take a little longer, it also means every response comes from someone who genuinely gives a damn.
